Observatory on Latin America · Presidente Néstor Kirchner Fellowship

The President Néstor Kirchner Fellowship is aimed at the training of young leaders in South America. The Observatory on Latin America (OLA) of The New School, New York and the Universidad Nacional de San Martín, Buenos Aires, Argentina, have joined together for this initiative. Margarita Gutman holds a doctorate and is an architect from the University of Buenos Aires. She is Associate Professor of Urban Studies and International Affairs at the Graduate Program in International Affairs (GPIA) and at the School of Undergraduate Studies (SUS) of The New School University in New York City. She is also Full Professor Consulta at the School of Architecture, Design, and Urban Planning, University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA). From 2004 to 2009 she has been Full Professor and holder of a Chair (Cátedra) of History at the FADU-UBA.
